On a clean WP install with Newspaper theme we get the following error:

Also, most pages don’t work and all posts don’t show images.
Please advise.

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, make sure that your system status is correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
