theme causing high cpu usage

Today, my website was using high CPU. My hosting provider said that it was because of the theme. According to them the below files cause high CPU usage:

Hello ingilizcecin,

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and might cause a lot of unknown issues. Also, if you have some additional customization through the code please try to remove all of them and revert the theme to the default state and also, remove all untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain and check the results.
