We developed a different layout than what is displayed. How it changed to its present presentment we don’t know and can’t figure out the reason. It is unacceptable in the current state. Really need technical insight on this as we’re at a great loss on how to solve this issue.

From what I can see you are using a blog style front page at the moment with module 15 selected. If you want to keep the default WordPress blog (latest articles list) and change the module, you can do that in the Theme panel->Template settings

Module 15 will display the whole contents of the posts when selected for the blog style homepage.
Alternatively you can build a page with the tagDiv composer (or WPBakery page builder) and set it as homepage

Choose one page builder and deactivate the other, when both are active there could be issues. So if you use the tagDiv composer for example, deactivate the WPBakery plugin.
