After upgrading to 12.6 – “general Theme Colors” are messed up. Although a color is specified in theme settings standard color “#4db2ec” or black is used for
– Mobile menu background
– buttons
– Links
– block-title backgrouns (td-block-title ) (–td_header_color is not defined –> black)
– and a few more

Please try to save the theme panel settings and check after.
Also, you can use the option to import the settings from theme panel > https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
