I’m on Newspaper theme 10.4 and I’m using the default pro template.
I changed the header and footer colors from theme panel > theme colors.
I can see the colors applied on the home page and other pages and post pages but not on the categories page.

Hello,
Please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete and re-install it again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc and see if the problem persists.
Also, please check if you don’t have a header template from Cloud Library for categories pages.
