hello, today suddenly all the custom settings of the theme (css, jquey etc) started and even the activation key was gone and asked us to put it back in. we are desperate. Please help us quickly!

Please make sure this is not a plugin conflict, this is not a common issue. Also I personally recommend you to lot your host know about this and ask them to recover one of your backups.
Also make sure that your website security is properly set.
