Theme Control Panel Slow After update

Hello my wordpress control panel to make new post/page etc has become very slow. The wait time increased from less than 1second till almost 30-40 seconds. Are there any tips to make my control panel as fast as normal or someway to reset it. I have no idea how this happened.

Hi,
You have installed some plugins? Please disable all plugins and check again. Do you use a shared server?

@Marius I have the same problem. Which plugins cause that slowing down, because it’s really sloooooooooooow and it takes forever to add a new post.

hi,
disable all of them and try again.
then activate one by one until you find the trouble one.
