why “theme-customizer” does not work?

Works great for most people.

Can you be more specific?

Did you install Visual Composer following the theme documentation? (see link right side of page).

@Max79word Please provide more details about your issue! When you say “theme-customizer” you refer to the theme panel ? and what error do you get?

The option “Theme customizer” appears in red and when I click and have access to that page there are all the options “Newspaper:” but I can’t use them. If I click on one of those options nothing happens.

All theme settings were moved into the Theme Panel – http://screencast.com/t/q5uwpWAP
If you use an older version of the theme please update, there were some issues with the wordpress 3.9 and the theme customizer got buggy, we fixed are fixed in the latest updates.
