I want to make a site design same as this (https://aiteko.wip-themes.com/) using newspaper theme.
How can i do this? Can i make vertical left aligned fixed header using this theme?

You can achieve a similar layout using tagDiv Composer, for this you can check our demos -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper/?utm_source=live_preview&utm_medium=click&utm_campaign=demos&utm_content=demos_button#demos and use the one that is the closer on what you want to achieve.
