Usually the issue about mobile version beign rendered on desktop is due to cache. Please make sure to use a cache plugin ( we do recommend using WP Super Cache: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ )

yes i am using wp super chcahe plugin, in mobile showing desktop website and in desktop showing same time mobile site.
