Hi, I recently purchased a theme, I have a purchase code from envanto. I insert it into the activation field, click activate, the button dims and the activation progress bar constantly turns on and that’s it, the theme does not activate. What should I do? What is the problem?

If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
