Please help me out, anytime i update my website to the new latest WordPress but theme always create and show this

For the moment there is a compatibility problem with the last WordPress version. We’ll make soon a theme update to resolve this problem.

Note: if you just installed WP 6.4 and ran into issues (in our case it broke the cURL function to Apple News); you can ‘roll back’ to WP 6.3.2
We used the plugin: ‘WP Downgrade | Specific Core Version’

There will be soon a theme update for compatibility, but for the moment a quick fix is to disable and delete the tagdiv plugins and after that reinstall those (the plugins that you are using) from Newsmag > plugins. This should resolve the problems.
