Dear Sir,
Recently i just transferred my theme to another website, before transferring i reset it, now even after activating in new website it is still asking for the envato purchase code.
Kindly Advise

Hi,
There is no problem if you transfer the theme to another domain for example. Simply activate it in the new location. The theme activation will only be required once. If the active state is reset, then that could mean a problem with the database.
Try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins and clear all caching. Then activate the theme manually

Monitor if the activation is still being reset.
