We are getting many database establishment error, when traffic spikes. We discussed with hosting provider, they said we need resaturate the database queries. Based on the query analysis we found some php warning and error that related with theme.
Please check the screenshots attached and suggest us the solution. We are news media and we are expecting millions of traffic by the next month, as we are google news approved.

Please try to reinstall the theme plugins once again like: disable, uninstall(delete), clear cache (if cache plugin exists), install, activate, clear cache (if cache plugin exists). Let me know the results!

We have followed the above steps and we have done all the activities, disabling, deleting and installing plugin and cleared the cache and issue still persist.
Our Hosting provider says.. Can you please help us on this… This is causing issue as below SQL queries from theme are taking so many resources.

The system has disabled the SQL user to protect the integrity of the server.
You will have to correct everything at your level before reactivating the SQL user.
If you reactivate it without having corrected it. We will suspend our hosting service.

As we have checked with external DB expert and he confirmed below:

I have gone through your issue, and it seems that your site is running WordPress. The query itself seems to be originated from the theme and although we would be able to alter the theme’s core codes, it would make the theme be blocked from future updates. Additionally, since the nature of the site is a “News Portal”, the site would naturally consume a lot of resources due to running the queries in parallel.
