Hello,
When I’m logged into the backend, I can see my site fine> When I’m logged out, I get the error: “The Newspaper Theme License Key is NOT REGISTERED on this website” but the dashboard shows that it is registered. I went back to Themeforest and re-entered my key but that didn’t work.

We apologize for this unfortunate situation.
That notice that is displayed on the website, happens in a specific case.
Due to an issue, the notice may appear when using an older theme version. The issue was solved a long time ago actually, but if an old theme version is used, then it may happen.
So if it did happen on your website, assuming the theme was activated with the key, please consider updating the theme as soon as possible, or resetting the activation and reactivating the theme with the key, in the theme system status panel

The notice will then go away permanently from then on, as long as the theme is activated.
