If you go on Appearence-> Themes does the theme show as activated?
If you hit “Costumize” it will take you to a preview of your site and on the left you ll see a menu with an option of “Active Theme”. Do you see Newspaper there?
If all that are correct, is there a chance you installed the template “empty” (no contents) and you are confusing it for the default theme?
Thanks
I even wrote the theme is activated, take your time to read next time so I dont have to waste more time that you already wasted of mine.
It says newspaper on the customization page, but again the default is showing. I suggest you fix this as soon as possible because my client is very angry and trust me I am even angrier. It seems like I am not the only one with this issue.
Dude, I have the theme as well and I was trying to be helpfull, I am a user here like you.
Anger doesn’t resolve issues, just creates more distance.
Anyway, I could take some time to try to help you more but not with that attitude
Also when trying to resolve your issues (theme not working, being charged more money than deal(?)) you could provide some info, screenshots etc so that you help yourself and whoever you are adressing to “fix” things.
I have purchased many themes from different distributors and these guys are the best so far.
If u ever get your theme working you will find out yourself how efficiant it is compared to others in market.
Also why would you tell your client that you cannot change the theme?
Did you try deleteing the other themes provided from wordpress?
Is your wordpress installation up to date?
Is your theme successfully activated?
If existing website is empty it would be faster to do a clean install of wordpress and theme again.
