Theme options are regularly erased (it seems to occurs random)

Hello
My Website : http://www.jogging-plus.com
Server PHP version : 7.1
Newspaper 9.5 (but the problem exists since several weeks)
Regurlarly (it occured 2 times today, 1 time yesterday and 1 time last week-end) all my theme options are erased (theme fonts, theme colors, logo URL, Ads options, analytics code, categories options, thumbnail, post settings, block settings, licence code, etc.)
So I have to reset them in the theme panel.
Where this problem could come from ???

Hi,

All the theme panel settings and codes entered in it are all kept in the website database, maybe there is a problem with it. You could contact the hosting provider and ask them to check if there are any problems at database level.

Those should reset only if you intend to, in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/mibvlp
