I’m sorry if there is, but I didn´t find any backup options on theme panel. Is there a way to backup the theme options?

Yes, go here: http://screencast.com/t/M1oh5HoUNPa and copy the text from there http://screencast.com/t/AnH5UMe7
From there you can import the settings anytime.

I guess I would see this if I had! lol
Maybe this is an option added on a higher version, mine is Version: 3.1.1 so I think it still didn´t have this backup option.

Yes that is available in a higher version. Just make the update to latest version.
