Hi..i have multisite wordpress website but on one of my site , whatever changes i have made on theme options gets reverted to the initial settings after specific period of time..It was working fine before i have upgraded the theme to latest version.
Wordpress Version:5.4.4
Theme Version: 10.3.1
Please help us as earliest as possible.

According to your last reply in email, I have tried using cloud header/footer as well but the whole theme options get reverted back to initial, i have also tried to add new widget bar from theme options but it is also gone..Please help us to fix this issue otherwise we have severe problems..please understand.

Hi web-mania, please continue this thread via email, also please note that if you let many reply’s, you’ll only delay the answer, we answer in topics/emails starting from oldest to newest.
In most cases this problem is caused by untested plugins, some firewall or security module. Make sure that you check all these, also if you care using cache on host or something similar please disable it and check if the settings are saved.
