The theme panel is not saving after edit

Please take a screen to your system status and provide here. Also, make sure if you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all fo untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

We are using wp rocket and we have wp_debug to false and the save setting cont. without saving.

Please remove the WP Rocket plugin together with all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

We have removed all plugins, purge cache but all remain the same.
we deleted the theme and reinstall, it remains the same.
