I can not get Theme panel to work. Is frozen and not able to change settings ?????????????

Hello,
The common problem when this happens is altering the theme name If you renamed the theme or the child theme to some other name, please restore it. If this is not the case, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
