Newsmag – Theme panel – ads
Hi. Now I can not to open my ads details and code in my Newspaper-Theme panel- ads page. The arrow just turn down and nothing happens. I can not open my ads details for all my ads. What can be the problem with this? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

In similar cases the problems were from extra plugins, please make a test using only tagDiv plugin and see if the problem persists. Also please make sure that you are using the latest theme version, Newsmag v4.9.6.

The problems are still there in my Newsmag – Theme panel version: 4.6
With just ative tagDiv plugin on my website. But I have Newsmag version: 4.6 not version 4.9.6. How can I uppdate the theme to version 4.9.6.?

Hi,\Before the theme update, please make a full backup to your website and database, then disable all non theme plugins, child theme if you use and make the theme update as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ use the method B, also please do not overwrite the old files, delete theme, after that install the new version.
