Theme Panel Categories Settings not Saving

Dear Support,

I really like this theme you’ve made. The only issue I have is when I go to Theme Panel > Categories and select one category and try to make some changes and press save settings, the tick shows up after a few seconds but nothing is actually saved when I check. Do you know what I’m doing wrong? Thanks

Thanks Marius. I tried disabling all plugins but it still doesn’t work. I will email you my WP login details.

the server your host on has probably post_max_size in php.ini set to a low number, or the admin has installed the suhosin security feature on it, who also limit the post variable number.

there is nothing you can do about this, only to move to another server.

you can test for this if you install the theme on your computer, if it saves then the describe above is the problem.

Sorted it by placing this in my php.ini file under wp-admin

max_input_vars = 5000
