I’ve been changing out logos, background images, etc. Sometimes they take, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes only on one page and not the others. Very weird. I’m using WP-Engine. Also looking at the theme system status. Says WP Memory limit could be increased from 40MB. Or max_input_vars is low. Would any of this be effecting this?

Not on any other page.
Also on that page it’s not even showing the correct logo or background image but one previously uploaded.

Check your theme panel settings for Categories and see if you have the background set up only for a specific category, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7mtOuRoCm9ut
