After making changes to theme panel, when clicked on “Save Settings” Button, we get a processing box in square form.
Problem is that this processing box does not go away and keeps on spinning. I tried in different browsers in incognito mode with server cache cleared. But still no help.

Problem rectified.
The issue was because of wordfence security plugin which was blocking XSS request theme panel was creating. Turning off or making it in learning mode resolved the issue.
