Theme Panel Completely Unresponsive – can’t click on anything and no save buttons work. What is the issue?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you; and, excuse me for being stupid…but with the tagdiv plugin installed, how do I access it to begin designing? I am logged into admin and on the home page and I have no tagdiv sidebar: yes the plugin is installed.
