Hello, I need urgent support.
I have made the renewal of the support, today, exclusively to help me solve the issue that has arisen in my panel of the topic.
I cannot perform any action through my theme panel, as I attach to them in the video *** https://www.loom.com/share/16686b98421245b2b7e7aa49cc6835e5
Everything that has been entered in the header or footer fields (created with tagdiv composer) can still be seen, but right now I cannot take any action with my panel.
I have seen other threads with the same problem https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-panel-stopped-working-2/ the topic is updated to the latest version and the required parameters are correct.
Please help.
Hi,
Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi Calin
I have carried out the operation, deactivating all the plugins except those of tagdiv and the problem continues.
I do not use security plugins like Wordfence and those that manage security and understand their non-fan firewall with it and literally say: “I do not see changes in security settings that could generate the error that you indicate, in any case I have disabled some rules security in case they were affecting the admin-ajax load on the web. ”
Therefore, and since I am stuck with this situation, I proceed to send you the administrator login data, as well as cPanel.
Thanks Callin for your time.
Hi Calin
I have left the access data to the installation and as I have mentioned in the mail now you can display certain options and click save. But, for example, if you follow the path theme panel> Templance Settings the templants do not appear (even though I have some created) indicate above the box “An error occurred while trying to access the server: error” also happens in the theme panel option > footer does not show the pages to select as footer.
I indicate what they tell me from my host:
—————–
The account consumes a lot of resources for calls to admin-ajax.
This was the reason for blocking calls that I have previously unblocked.
Check with the developer of the theme how to reduce the calls that the theme makes to admin-ajax.php both from the backend and from the frontend.
These calls are very expensive in terms of resources and, for example, of the 619 accesses that are currently in the domain’s registry file, 200 accesses (200 exact accesses) are to admin_ajax:
86 “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=10.3.5 HTTP / 1.0”
114 “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP / 1.0”
