I’ve done all the procedures presented here and on the internet and none of them solved my problem. I already talked to my hosting and it is normal and with the recommended settings. I need the Theme Panel to work properly. I can access the options and choose but when I go to save, the screen keeps loading infinitely and does not save what was requested.
Please I need a solution urgently!

If I’m right, the infinite loading appears after you click on save settings from theme panel, then most probably you have an admin-ajax.php error, check the console to see if you get some errors.
Normally, admin-ajax.php is blocked by modSecurity from host, it can be from firewall or other security modules/plugins.
If you can not manage the situation, we can take a look at it, for this, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin and cPanel access, and include the link of this topic in email.
