Hello,

Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hope this will help you!

Thank you!

I’ll be asking my host. In the console I don’t get any errors. Only 200 codes when pushing save.

Hello,

Please make a test only with tagDiv plugins, and see if the changes are applied, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, what changes have you made and not applied? Please send us some screenshots of what changes you want to make.
again when you made these changes after saving do not appear at all?
Include a link to your website to investigate the problem.

Thank you!

I just tried again, but it doesn’t work.

All changes to the theme panel are not working: for example: changing the logo alt or logo name (we changed our domain name a week ago), but also changing fonts. When I click save, it looks like it is saved, but when I reload the theme panel page, the change is gone. When trying it in Chrome he will reload/refresh with the old settings reappearing. When trying in Firefox the theme settings panel sometimes is showing the new setting when refreshing the page, but after another refresh the change of setting is gone.

Hello,

If you have installed a Pro Prebuilt Website, then these settings are for Standard Prebuilt Websites, create without Cloud Templates.
These changes apply for example only when you use the standard header/footer templates (and other standard templates) from Theme Panel (not a cloud template) => https://www.screencast.com/t/4gApdblBu8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/m1vrJsvHM
You need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer to make changes.
This is a video about how to Upload a Logo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, for the favicon, please make sure you have the image in the media library and the link is correct.

Thank you!

Okay thanks!

Another issue: I’m having custom fonts in the theme setting but they were posted in http:// and not https. Same with the logo, which is giving me mixed content warnings when visiting on firefox. How can I solve that, knowing that the theme panel isn’t working.

Hello,

Please use an SSL that also applies to fonts.
Also, if the problem persists with the Theme Panel, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com . Provide
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you

Thank you!
