I already tried to uninstall the theme and install him again but nothing change and the problem seems to persist.

Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.

Hello Anamaria, thank you for the reply! Before the problem apears, I had to install the Litespeed cache, and after that I tried to do some settings on it. Maybe the problem could be about this ? I’m really new at WordPress.

Please try to deactivate the Litespeed cache plugin, make sure no cache file is left after deactivation and try again.
Also, is possible some settings from the LiteSpeed plugin, you can try to take a look if you agree you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin and FTP/cPanel access.

If the problem is the theme panel, and when you click on save button there is an infinite loading icon, then most probably something it is blocking the admin-ajax request, this can be checked using the console.
Also check to do not have an object cache on backend.
In case that you checked all those and the problem persist, please contact us via email. Make a full backup for your website and provide wp-admin and cPanel access via email and provide as many details as you can about the problem.
