Hello team,
May I please ask if there is an option to allow access to theme’s theme panel for users at the role of Editor.
Is there a service I can activate, that can do that?

You should try such a plugin with this functionality like as User Role Editor plugin like this -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ or simply, you should make admin for your users.
