Hi, I’m having a problem with the theme. I deactivated all plugins to confirm I am still having the problem without plugins causing conflict. I am using the child theme as well.
I go to Theme Panel > Categories and try to make a change to one of the category settings, click save, and upon clicking save, it shows the spinning icon but never finishes, and the icon continues spinning forever. The changes do not save.
I’m hoping you can help me resolve this problem. I can provide admin login for you to recreate this issue.

Hi, I did as you requested. I talked to our web host who confirmed/changed all the settings as your guide outlines. Then I cleared cache and checked again, I still have the same problem. I restarted my computer to be sure, clear cache again, same results.
