We recently installed the newspaper x theme on our site. Once we activated the theme and tried to change the logo, colors, and other settings, the theme panel just keeps loading and loading, nothing changing or gets updated. Can you please provide a solution to it. Thanks

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Thanks for letting me know about the solution. You were rite, the IP from which I was accessing my wp-admin was blocked due to firewall. When i made that whitelist and it worked.

If you are trying to save something in theme panel and the loading icon is in a loop, ask your host to check if you do not have some firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Usually these make some 403 or 404 error in console when you click on save settings button from theme panel.
