theme panel missing

hello. I have just got into my website admin panel and the theme tab is missing. What is the problem with this?
I’m the user admin, and and the backend says I have no privileges to update the theme, or to change it at all.

Hi,

Please also test if you can manage plugins and turn them all off and test again. If you can manage to fix this please send us your admin login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can have a closer look at this.

Hello Lucian.
I have tried repeatly to fix the problem by disabling some plugins with no results at all. I don’t know if this is a problem of memory or anything else. I have also considered it to be a problem with the WP version, so I updated it too, but it still persits the problem.

So, as you asked, I will send you by email the details to login in our website, for you to have a look and solve it up. Thanks.
