When I try to make changes in Newspaper Theme panel, it look very big in size and as a result I have to change browser zoom to 90% to see full UI. Check this link for clear, idea https://i.imgur.com/jJfa40q.png could you please tell how to fix that?

That is unfortunately not responsive at the moment. What is your monitor size ? We have tested 1366×768 and it works but unfortunately, smaller size will be unresponsive.
