Hi all,
I’ve been using NewsMag for a good while but have recently noticed that nothing is clickable in the Theme Panel (I’m stuck on the highlighted ‘Header’) Further to this, the smart lists in the post settings fail to work too.
I’ve updated to version 4.5 but see no change, in fact, I now can’t get the Visual Composer to work correctly either, with it sticking on the spinning loading screen.
Any help?

Such issues are usually caused by insufficient resources, please check the theme system status panel and this guide

If needed contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide. The WP memory can be set higher, for most users a 256M value would be sufficient.
After making changes check if the theme panel works properly. If there is still an issue, try this. Deactivate all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. If you use a child theme deactivate it temporarily. Check if the same happens. Let us know the results.
