Always save settings, but when I return to the setting it has not been saved.

Most likely your PHP memory is exhausted. Try to increase your system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

I can not change the settings of the Top bar, for example …. However the Header Style is changed. It’s very strange.

If your problem is still there and if you are not using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core and cause this errors, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.

Also remember when editing elements on a ‘page’ in VC, when you save things in the VC panel, you still need to save the actual ‘page’ containing the VC elements.
Then clear browser cache to view updated page.
