I am trying to change the BACKGROUND COLOR by using this option
Select the theme background color but after selecting the color and saving nothing is happening global background theme color is still the old one tried many times but no luck same issue is going into other options like I want to change the color in content but same resolve this issue and advise

is this means I have to change every element color from composer? so technically theme pannel color changing won’t work? is this the case

You can copy and paste the style from one block to another
You can use the Global Colors option from Manager -> Global Colors -> https://i.imgur.com/PM6VoBL.png
