As of today , the theme panel on our site is not working at all. Clicking on any item on the side menu does nothing and loads no options. This was discovered when trying to update an ad. Site is running theme version 8.5 WordPress version 4.9 please advise.
please note all parameters in php have been updated to accommodate the theme.

Make sure that the theme was correctly installed via FTP way because this is the surest theme method. Try to make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches, remove all of the untested plugins and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page so I will be able to take a closer look at your backend page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Sorry just getting back to reply but it was one of the plug ins that was causing the panel not to work. Thanks for the tips to check ! Still the best news theme on the market 🙂
