Just updated my theme to 10.3.9 but I can’t click on the options of Theme panel.

Hi,
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem make sure that you do not have some security module that is blocking the theme.

Please make sure that all your plugins are up to date. Also deactivate non-tagDiv Plugins and see if the theme panel works again.
