Theme Panel Save Function Broken

Hello,

I need to tell you how disappointed I am that I purchased my second license for the Newspaper theme. Starting a new website is tedious enough without the added issue of a brand-new theme not functioning. What’s worse is finding out the issue has been suffered by many customers spanning across an unacceptable length of time.

What troubles me, even more, is not one of the posts I read includes the fix or steps the user went through to resolve the issue. So, here’s my issue…

I cannot save any changes made in the Theme Panel or the Theme Editor.

I followed the suggestions of every support reply and changed settings in areas of the account I’ve never had to change for any other theme. Still, no luck.

In short, what is the fix for the Theme Panel not saving?

Please don’t ask me to follow steps for changing the php.ini or wp-config files. Those tasks are done.

So, please only answer… What is the fix for the Theme Panel not saving?
