I just activated the Newspaper theme, but when I try to do any changes in the theme panel, the settings don’t get saved and the loader just keeps loading (screenshot: https://gyazo.com/9451fda015ba552a14e3149490f7966f). Could you please help with this? I’m using GoDaddy managed WordPress.

The same issue occurs on the ionMag theme – the settings just don’t get saved. We have ionMag live right now and wanted to change to Newspaper theme which we realized has the same issue. We’ve tried saving the settings after deactivating ALL plugins – nothing changed. The max_input_wars is set to 2000 and memory limit is 512MB, so these shouldn’t be an issue either.

It could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings. Take a look at this topic:
