Can someone please tell me how to set the theme panel menu tabs text color back to white? I don’t know what I did to change them and I can’t find the setting.

As you can see in the screenshot attached to the initial post, I’m trying to figure out how to set the Newspaper Theme Panel tabs text back to white so they are visible.
I am not looking for a setting that affects the public site but a setting that affects the Newspaper theme panel.
These are the tabs on the Theme Panel with the text in question:
Header,
Footer,
Ads,
Template Settings,
Categories,
Post Settings,
Block Settings,
Background,
Excerpts,
Translations,
Theme Colors,
Theme Fonts,
Custom Code,
Analytics,
Social Networks,
CPT & Taxonomy,
Import/Export
I don’t know what I did that changed this text from white to black and I can’t find the setting to correct it.
