Hello,
I’ve got some troubles with theme setting import after changing hosting provider.
Is there any way to take previous settings from old backup: theme files or msql base?

Hi,
You just need to go to import/export panel, copy this code from your backup: http://screencast.com/t/pMMAbFKZBoT and paste it to your new installation in the same panel but in the import filed: http://screencast.com/t/vsJTK2AwVTF
Or search you database for td_008 option_name under wp_options
