We tried to update the site with new theme update and it won’t install properly causing site to crash. WordPress also said to contact you directly as it’s an issue only you can resolve, they tried–

Before the theme update, please make sure that you have a full backup to the website and database, after that make the backup using FTP/cPanel as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ (B. Update the theme via FTP) in this way there should be no problems to update the theme.

We did this, however, it still has completely crashed the site and won’t update the theme.
