Why does the theme make request using HTTP1.1 protocol? Even though there have been faster more up to date ones out for a long time

Hi,
This is a good question, but I can’t provide an explicit answer to this question, I’m sorry!
What I think is that when the theme was built, HTTP/1.1 was the most used, but then, later, when other protocols appeared, they were no longer updated in the theme.
I made a request for developers to test this.
