Two questions:
1. Where in WP can you see what theme version you have?
2. WHere on Tagdiv can you see the last few theme release versions and what’s new in each one?

They usually post the theme version in the changelog files from the theme download, and at top of style.css file, and shoukd show in the wp admin panel under appearance > themes.
I think you can also see list of versions and changes on bottom of the theme info page on themeforest. They might have separate changelog page, but had not seen that.
