I imported a custom post template from template clouds and using the tagdv editor I edited the custom post template. the tagdv page builder shows that the page is designed but when I choose my custom post template from themes panel, the post template crashes and everything goes over each other. The related posts are coming over the bottom designs of the page. though, I have two columns in my custom post template, the post shows only one column of the custom post. everything is missed up in post section. Relax, bro! this is how you fix it: You login into you envato account, go to downloads, download the licence and purchase … pdf or text, then you login into your website dashboard, go to newspaper / system status / reset key / then activate key … you enter the purchase code from the licence and purchase pdf and then save! Easy as pie!

Do you maybe have another page builder activated? like WPBakery page builder for instance. This seems like a plugin conflict and we have seen such issues before when other page builders were active on the website. Please try to deactivate your non tagDiv plugins briefly to see if the issue is caused by a plugin and if it’s gone then you need to find the culprit. A page builder is a prime suspect here but it could be other plugins or custom code in your child theme as well.

Thank you so much for your guidance. It solved the problem. The WP Page builder crashed the website. I deactivated the plugin and everything is back to normal. It was really helpful. Thanks a lot
