Hi , i don’t understand why this is happening with me

this is my website i did changes on several post and categories then after some time round about 15 minutes again reverting to back changes
website is in testing mode
please tell me

Hello,
Please also test this on a wp default theme. The theme does not ahve any control to revert changes. It is a plugin conflict or an optimization tool that does not allow the changes t take effect.
