Is it possible to set different number of Related Articles based on the Category?
For example, Category A 3 related articles, Category 6 related articles, etc.

Hi,
You mean to change the category used on that section? the theme doesn’t have such an option, you have to make modifications on the code. The function which controls this section is located here – http://screencast.com/t/o6ZBNm0TY – the block used on this area is located here – http://screencast.com/t/n0uEBtVShuAO – Those are not easy modifications, my advice is to hire a professional to help you with this task.
